The invention describes a universal administration device for the administration of injectables, for example animal sperm or embryos for implantation, comprising a cannula and a generally disposable sleeve pulled over the latter and releasably fastened on the proximal end of the cannula via a clamping chuck, especially an eccentric clamping device. The individual design of the sleeve end is not important; the sleeve tapers conically in its interior at the distal end and has on the outside a shaped body which ensures the conical form, on the one hand, and a rounding, on the other hand, the shaped body being applied to the material of the tubing wall. A cutting unit integrated in the device reliably positions the cutting plane correctly on cutting-open of the packages.
