PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous composition containing at least one kind of a poorly water-soluble compound and at least one kind of a pH-sensitive dispersion polymer.SOLUTION: This aqueous composition contains (a) at least one kind of the poorly water-soluble compound as much as 2-80% (solid portion weight) based on the total weight of the aqueous composition, (b) at least one kind of the pH-sensitive dispersion polymer as much as 0.1-30% (solid portion weight) based on the total weight of the aqueous composition, and (c) a pH-insensitive polymer as much as 0-10% (solid portion weight) based on the total weight of the aqueous composition.
