A manufacturing method of natural antimicrobial and deodorant using a chive extract according to the present invention comprising a smashing step (S10) of cleaning and smashing chives; a ripening step (S20) of producing a ripening mixture by mixing the smashed chives with ethanol of purity more than or equal to 95% and ripening the mixture at room temperature for 7 to 8days; a concentration step (S30) of producing a chive extract in a juice state by taking only a supernatant fluid of the ripening mixture and mixing the supernatant fluid with purified water and heating and concentrating the mixture with high temperature steam; a mixing step (S40) of producing a chive extract mixed liquid by mixing a gallnut extract, a myrobalan extract, a dendrobium extract, a Chinese pepper extract, and a persimmon extract to improve antibacterial activity in the chive extract; a homogenization step (S50) of producing natural antimicrobial and deodorant by mixing a natural emulsifying agent with a natural hub to maintain the chive extract mixed liquid as a homogenized liquid and remove a chive smell. The present invention is harmless to humans and animals by manufacturing the natural antimicrobial and deodorant using a natural chive extract. Also, the stability is improved without the generation of environmental pollution and a lot of chives which have a short distribution period and are discarded after a harvest time can be utilized. Therefore, the present invention can obtain an economical effect.본 발명에 따른 부추추출물을 이용한 천연 항균 및 탈취제 제조방법은, 부추를 세척하고 파쇄하는 파쇄단계(S10)와; 상기 파쇄된 부추를 순도 95% 이상의 에탄올과 혼합하고, 7~8일 동안 실온에서 숙성시켜 숙성혼합물을 생성하는 숙성단계(S20)와; 상기 숙성혼합물의 상등액만을 취부하여 정제수와 혼합하고, 고온스팀으로 가열 농축함으로써 숙즙 상태의 부추추출물을 생성하는 농축단계(S30)와; 상기 부추추출물에 항균력이 증가되도록 오배자추출물, 가자추출물, 석곡추출물, 산초추출물 및 감추출물을 혼합하여 부추추출물혼합액을 생성하는 혼합단계(S40)와; 상기 부추추출물혼합액이 균질한 액상으로 유지되고 부추 냄새가 제거되도록 천연유화제와 천연허브를 혼합하여 천연 항균탈취제를 생성하는 균질화단계(S50);로 구성되어 천연의 부추추출물을 사용하여 천연 항균탈취제를 제조함으로써, 사용상 인체 및 동물에 무해하며, 환경오염을 발생하지 않아 안전성이 향상되며, 부추의 특성상 유통기간이 짧
