The invention relates to a process for preparing coordinative compounds of Gd(III) containing, as ligands, flavonols such as quercetin and kaempferol, respectively, with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-tumoral activity. According to the invention, the process consists in bringing into contact an alcoholic solution containing flavonols with an aqueous solution containing Gd(III) chloride in a molar ratio M : L of 1 : 1 and 1 : 3, respectively, which, by refluxing, results in forming the coordinative compounds of Gd(III).Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a compuşilor coordinativi ai Gd(III), conţinând ca liganzi flavonoli de tip quercetin, respectiv, kaempferol cu activitate antioxidantă, antiinflamatoare şi antitumorală. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în aducerea în contact a unei soluţii alcoolice care conţine flavonoli cu o soluţie apoasă care conţine cloruă de Gd(III) în raport molar M:L de 1:1, respectiv, 1:3, care, prin refluxare, conduce la formarea compuşilor coordinativi ai Gd(III).
