An electrical tooth brush comprises a body segment grasped by a hand during tooth brushing a segment for introducing into an oral cavity a connective segment coupling the body segment and the segment for introducing into the oral cavity an eccentric roller and an electric motor placed on the connective segment and rotating the eccentric roller for generating the tooth brush vibration. The segment for introducing into the oral cavity comprises a brush on its front end and is inclined towards a back surface of the brush from its front end to the body segment. The front end segment of the segment for introducing into the oral cavity adjoins a line producing an imaginary line coupling centroids of cross-section figures perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the body segment. The connective segment is inclined towards the back surface of the brush from the front end of the body segment to the brush. The rotating roller of the electric motor and the eccentric roller are coupled by a flexible rod having only one hinge point.
