The present invention relates to a medical injection needle and a manufacturing method therefor. The medical injection needle of the present invention is characterized in that the inside, made of a metal material, is formed as a hollow cylindrical tube at one end of the tube, a cutting part (10) consisting of an inclined portion (11) and a horizontal portion (12) is formed wherein the inclined portion is downwardly inclined at a certain angle from the upper end on the side and has a lower end positioned lower than the central axis (a) of the tube, and the horizontal portion is connected with the front end of the inclined portion (11) and is formed parallel to the central axis (a) of the tube at one end of the tube, a flat round part (20) having a convexly rounded shape on the plane is formed and the shape of the side cross-sectional area of the horizontal portion (12) consists of a protrusion part (14) and a side round part (16), wherein the protrusion part has one front end connected with the front end of the lower inner circumferential surface (13) of the tube, is formed vertically upward from the front end of the lower inner circumferential surface (13) of the tube, and has the other front end connected with the horizontal portion (12) and the side round part has one side connected to the front end of the horizontal portion (12) and has the other side connected with the lower surface (15) of the tube while forming a curve downwardly. According to the present invention, the end of the injection needle takes a rounded shape when seen on the plane and takes a rounded shape in the upward direction from the bottom when seen from the side, and so a pointed portion is not formed and thereby damage to muscles, nerves, and blood vessels does not occur when inserted under the skin.
