PURPOSE: A fixed quantity feeding structure for a medicine feeding apparatus is provided to insert a fixed quantity of medicines into capsules by classifying medicines exceeding the fixed quantity of the medicines on a roller. CONSTITUTION: A fixed quantity classifying structure for a medicine feeding apparatus comprises a hopper(100), a roller(200), and a brush(300). The hopper stores medicines. Mounting grooves on which the medicines are placed are formed on the exterior of the roller. A vacuum suction path communicating with the mounting grooves is formed in the roller. The brush contacts with the exterior of the roller to brush the medicines excessively attached without being placed on the mounting grooves. The brush is arranged in a diagonal direction of a rotary shaft of the roller.본 발명은 약품공급장치의 정량 분류 구조에 관한 것으로서, 그 구조는, 약품을 저장하는 호퍼； 외주면에 상기 약품이 안착되는 안착홈이 형성되고, 상기 안착홈에 연통되도록 진공흡입유로가 형성되며, 회전가능하게 마련되는 롤러； 상기 안착홈에 안착되지 않고 과잉부착된 상기 약품을 쓸어내도록 상기 롤러의 외주면과 접하는 브러쉬；를 포함하되, 상기 브러쉬는 상기 롤러의 회전축에 대해 사선으로 배치되어, 상기 약품이 잘 쓸어내지도록 하며, 롤러 상에 계획된 정량의 약품(정제 등) 보다 초과되는 약품에 대해 분류하여 캡슐에 계획된 정량의 약품을 투입할 수 있도록 하고, 롤러가 회전하며 약품을 흡입하는 과정에서 추가로 흡입된 약품을 브러쉬 및 2차 브러쉬에서 1,2차로 걸러내어 롤러의 하나의 안착홈에 정량의 약품이 안착될 수 있고, 걸러진 약품은 호퍼 또는 리턴박스로 분류되어 재사용이 가능하며, 브러쉬 및 2차 브러쉬에 의해 1,2차로 약품을 걸러내어 분류함으로써, 캡슐 충진 장치의 정량 충진에 대한 정확성을 확보할 수 있으며, 이로 인하여 생산된 캡슐에 대한 중량 편차를 관리할 수 있어 생산효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
