Present invention relates to a baked dietary food product, comprising mixed fruit pomace, comprising of pomace of pineapple, orange, grapes, apple. The fruit pomace was obtained by blanched fruits thereby increasing the shelf life of the baked product. Experimental results show that the addition of fruit pomace has been done, without compromising the shelf life, of the baked product, enhancing palatability and fibrous content.
