PURPOSE: A glucose-free pineapple extract is provided to promote tranglutaminase-1 production and to suppress melanin production. CONSTITUTION: A glucose-free pineapple extract is prepared by extracting an edible part of a pineapple by solvent and removing glucose and fructose. The solvent is 70-100 vol% ethanol solution. A laminin-5 production promoting agent contains the extract. An epidermia hyaluronic acid production promoting agent contains the extract. A melanin production inhibitor contains the extract.파인애플 식용부를 용매에 의해 추출함으로써 얻어지며, 포도당 및 과당을 함유하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 당 비함유 파인애플 추출물이다.
