PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gelatinous food composition and a gelatinous food capable of being easily eaten even for person having difficulty in chewing and swallowing as it has moderate strength with degree to be crushed by power of tongue and no attachment or stickiness in oral cavity, excellent in dispersion stability of foods and becoming uniform bolus and easily swallowable.SOLUTION: There is provided a gelatinous food composition containing (A) component, (B) component and (C) component. (A) A cellulose fiber having number average fiber diameter of 2 nm to 500 nm, having a substituted introduced to a hydroxyl group in a cellulose molecule, substitution degree of 0.01 to 0.5, a I type and/or II type crystal structure and aspect ratio of 50 or more.
