PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manchette of a sphygmomanometer being fitted around an arm without loosening, even when a hand is released in fitting, and easily removed at the removal.SOLUTION: A manchette (10) of a sphygmomanometer includes: a belt-like body (11) including an air bag an annular buckle (12) that is provided at one end side in the longitudinal direction of the belt-like body and in which the other end in the longitudinal direction of the belt-like body is inserted and a protrusion (14) provided between the one end of the belt-like body and the buckle. When the other end of the belt-like body is inserted into the buckle and the belt-like body is folded back with respect to the buckle, the buckle is fallen towards the protrusion and holds the belt-like body between the protrusion and itself.
