PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood pressure measurement cuff capable of preventing positional deviation and pressure loss with respect to a measurement site.SOLUTION: A blood pressure measurement cuff 20 according to the present invention is mounted on a measurement site 90 which extends in a substantially round-bar shape in a longitudinal direction 90c and which gradually tapers down from one side 90e toward the other side 90f along the longitudinal direction 90c. The blood pressure measurement cuff comprises a belt-shaped body 11 which is formed with an air bag 22 therein enveloped by an inner cloth 20B to come into contact with the measurement site 90 and an outer cloth 20A opposed to the inner cloth 20B, the belt-shaped body 11 being circumferentially wound around and mounted on the measurement site 90. The blood pressure measurement cuff further comprises a plate member 40 which is disposed between the outer cloth 20A and the air bag 22 in a thickness direction of the belt-shaped body 11 and which is disposed in at least a part of circumferential region of the belt-shaped body 11.
