A pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention comprises aprepitant or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof； one or more hydrocarbon derivatives selected from C14-C18 fatty acids and C14-C18 fatty alcohols； and one or more surfactants selected from a polyoxyethylene-type nonionic surfactant, sucrose fatty acid ester and macrogol 15 hydroxystearate. The aprepitant or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof according to the present invention is eluted effectively to exhibit efficacy of the medicine and is eluted effectively in solution similar to before-meal state.
