To provide multispecific antigen-binding molecules and uses thereof.SOLUTION: The multispecific antigen-binding molecules comprise a first antigen-binding domain (D1) that specifically binds a target molecule (T), and a second antigen-binding domain (D2) that specifically binds an internalizing effector protein (E).
