The length of the main conduit (1) is greater than the length of the sub conduit (2), and an outlet end of the sub conduit (2) is attached to an outer sidewall of the main conduit (1). A sight hole (4) for an endoscope is provided at a joint between the outlet end of the sub conduit (2) and the outer sidewall of the main conduit (1). During actual surgical procedures, when an instrument is operating from the sub conduit (2), an endoscope in the main conduit (1) can monitor an operation state of the instrument via the sight hole (4) for an endoscope. When the instrument is operating at the main conduit (1), an endoscope in the sub conduit (2) can also monitor the working state of the instrument.
