Silicon fine nanoparticles and/or aggregates of part of which obtained by pulverizing silicon fine particles in ethanol are brought into contact with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) water and then brought into contact with water or an aqueous solution for generating hydrogen and obtaining a hydrogen-containing liquid or hydrogen water having a predetermined controlled hydrogen concentration in the water or the aqueous solution. In the manufacturing of the hydrogen-containing liquid or hydrogen water, it is possible to safely and efficiently manufacture hydrogen water containing dissolved hydrogen at a concentration and amount that can withstand practical use, with silicon fine particles as a starting material. Accordingly, it contributes to the effective utilization of silicon fine particles and environmental protection, as well as contributes to particularly the improvement of effective biological safety of hydrogen generating material and hydrogen water and drastic reduction of manufacturing cost in the field of health and medical treatment.在乙醇中將矽微小粒子粉碎而得到矽微小奈米粒子及/或其一部分成為凝聚體者,使其接觸過氧化氫(H2O2)溶液之後,藉由與水或水溶液接觸而生成氫,而得到在該水或該水溶液中具有預定的受控制的氫濃度的含氫溶液或富氫水。在此含氫溶液或富氫水的製造中,將矽微小粒子作為起始材料,可以安全並有效地製造包含具有實用性的濃度與量的溶解氫的富氫水。因此,不但能有效利用矽微小粒子,對環境保護產生貢獻,而且特別是在健康與醫療領域對有效提高氫生成材料及富氫水的活體安全性或大幅削減製造成本上作出貢獻。
