PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable thickener formulation for meeting the requirement of a person with dysphagia, and a nutritional composition having the stable thickener formulation.SOLUTION: The thickener formulation for use in a nutritional composition comprises 0.1-0.14% by weight of xanthan gum, and 2.5-2.7% by weight of starch, and at least one kind of nutritional ingredient. The range of the viscosity of the formulation is 1100-9000 cps, and the calorie density of the composition is selected from 1.2-1.5 cal/ml. The nutritional ingredient contains at least one kind of carbohydrate, protein, fat, prebiotics, probiotics, synbiotics, fish oil, plant nutrient, anti-oxidant, vitamin, minerals, and combinations thereof.【課題】嚥下困難者へ対応する為の安定な増粘剤配合物及び安定な増粘剤配合物を有する栄養組成物の提供。【解決手段】増粘剤配合物は、０．１～０．１４重量％のキサンタンガム及び２．５～２．７重量％のデンプンと、少なくとも１種の栄養成分とを含み、栄養配合物の粘度が、１１００～９０００ｃｐｓの範囲であり、前記組成物のカロリー密度が、１．２～１．５ｃａｌ／ｍｌから選ばれ、前記栄養成分が、炭水化物、タンパク質、脂肪、プレバイオティクス、プロバイオティクス、シンバイオティクス、魚油、植物栄養素、酸化防止剤、ビタミン、ミネラル及びそれらの組合せのうちの少なくとも１種を含む増粘剤配合物。【選択図】図２
