PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope guide tube that can be easily inserted into a subject and can easily maintain a non-linear shape in the subject.SOLUTION: An endoscope guide tube comprises: a guide tube body 21 that has a linear shape an expansion/contraction part 22 that is fixed at a tip 21s of the guide tube body 21 and is expandable and contractable in association with supply and cutoff of gas and a gas supply tube 35 that supplies the gas to a gas supply space 22k formed between an inner periphery 22n and an outer periphery 22g in the expansion/contraction part 22.
