PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To act always a predetermined sac pressure on a fracture part from the outer periphery toward the central direction by utilizing a retrenchment force to the longitudinal direction accumulated in a linear member for a medical treatment under an extended state and an expanding force to the diameter direction as the sac pressure.SOLUTION: A basic body in which a plurality of wires are arranged is made to be a spiral winding by having a space part inside and opening a gap part in the axial direction to form a spiral body being spirally wound, and the outer periphery of the spiral body is covered with a resin coating layer. Slip characteristics of the outer surface of the linear member for the medical treatment is improved by covering with the resin coating layer, and as the sliding resistance thereof with the intracorporeal tissue by body movement and pulsation movement after surgery can be suppressed low, bad influence on the intracorporeal tissue other than the site objective for the surgery can be lessened.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】伸長状態の医療用線状部材に蓄積された長さ方向に対する緊縮力と直径方向に対する膨張力を包圧力として利用して、骨折部に対して外周から中心方向に向かって所定の包圧力を常時作用させる。【解決手段】複数本のワイヤを配列した基本体を、内側に空間部を有し、かつ、軸線方向に間隙部を開けて螺旋巻きした螺旋体とし、螺旋体の外周を樹脂被覆層で被覆する。樹脂被覆層で被覆することにより医療用線状部材の外表面の滑り性が向上するため、手術後の体動や拍動による体内組織との摺動抵抗を低く抑制できるから施術対象部位以外の体内組織への悪影響を少なくすることができる。【選択図】図1
