The invention relates to a temperature-regulating ventilation device. This device comprises a box containing one or more fans 3, in which box a trapdoor 9 pivots about a fixed point in such a way that its position finds an equilibrium between external air 4 and internal air 5 enabling the fan(s) to pulse the air always at the temperature indicated by the thermostat 1. Among the most interesting applications of the invention, mention may be made of the industrial-scale raising of animals and industrial buildings.
