The processing unit detects a movement state based on the body motion signal of the user. The processing unit performs processing (control) in which the notification unit is made to notify the user of the notification information if a first movement state included in the movement state is detected. The processing unit performs processing (control) in which the notification of the notification information by the notification unit is stopped if a second movement state is detected.
