The present invention relates to an antibody for determining the sex of a sperm, and a use thereof and, more particularly, to a composition for determining the sex of a sperm, a method for determining sex, and a method for producing an animal having a particular sex, the composition and the methods using the antibody. It has been confirmed, in the present invention, that an X-chromosome bearing sperm and a Y-chromosome bearing sperm can be easily distinguished by inducing an agglutination reaction of Y-chromosome bearing sperm through the treatment of the antibody, and thus customized animals having a particular sex can be mass-produced. In addition, livestock having a desired sex is selectively produced, and thus the present invention is expected to contribute to planned breeding, an improvement in breeding, and an improvement in management efficiency.
