The present invention relates to an antibody for identifying a gender of sperm, and to a use thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition for identifying the gender of sperm using the antibody, a gender identification method, and a method for producing animals with specific gender. The treatment of the antibody of the present invention induces an agglutination reaction of sperm containing Y chromosome, enabling easy identification of sperm containing Y chromosome and sperm containing X chromosome as well as mass-production of customized animals having specific gender. Additionally, by selectively producing livestock with desired gender, planned reproduction, breeding improvement, and efficient management are possible.본 발명은 정자 성 감별용 항체 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로, 상기 항체를 이용한 정자 성감별용 조성물, 성감별 방법, 및 특정 성을 갖는 동물의 생산 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서, 상기 항체를 처리함으로써, Y 염색체 정자의 응집 반응을 유도하여 X 염색체 정자와 Y 염색체 정자를 손쉽게 감별할 수 있음을 확인하였는바, 특정 성을 갖는 맞춤식 동물을 대량으로 생산할 수 있으며, 원하는 성을 갖는 가축을 선택적으로 생산함으로써, 계획 번식과 육종 개량 및 경영의 효율화에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
