This invention refers to a Biodegradable mulch sheet, prepared of plant material and paper pulp mixed in definite proportions dried and cut into convenient length, breadth and thickness as per crop requirements and enriched with organic & or dried bio-fertilizer agents. The method of manufacturing biodegradable mulch sheets by blending the pulps made up of Elchornia and Salvinia along with paper pulp in definite proportions is also referred to.
