A blood vessel interventional operation conduit or guide wire control device based on two-point clamping comprises a main finger assembly (3), an auxiliary finger assembly (4), a drive assembly (1), and a conduit or guide wire guiding assembly (2). Rotary movement of rollers (9, 10) in the main finger assembly (3) can lead to advancing or drawing-back of a conduit or a guide wire. The main finger assembly (3) and the auxiliary finger assembly (4) can lead to forward rotation and backward rotation of the conduit or the guide wire through combined movement. When the conduit or the guide wire is installed and clamped, the auxiliary finger assembly (4) can be directly moved by a hand in a direction away from the main finger assembly (3), and after the hand releases the auxiliary finger assembly (4), the auxiliary finger assembly (4) returns under a pulling force of an inner spring (27). The drive assembly (1) can drive the main finger assembly (3) and the auxiliary finger assembly (4) to move. The conduit or guide wire guiding assembly (2) is used for achieving guiding of the conduit or the guide wire and rapid installation of a Y valve.
