The present invention relates to a small size instant bean-curd manufacturing device which comprises the following: a preparation process unit grinding raw ingredients after receiving the same from one side, moving the raw ingredients to a preset direction, and including a filter for moving only the raw ingredients ground to a predetermined size a heating and storing unit heating the raw ingredients passed through the preparation process unit to a preset temperature and storing the same and a mixing and discharging unit connected to the heating and storing unit and opening a discharging passage using a signal from a recognition sensor installed on the discharging passage for discharging the raw ingredients, so that the raw ingredients can be discharged after being mixed with a coagulant.
