To provide a suction tool for surgery capable of sucking and removing a clot in which viscosity is increased, in surgery in a body cavity, especially, Needle scopic surgery, preventing damage to a tissue, and preventing a part of a damaged tissue from being included in a suction pipe.SOLUTION: There is provided a suction tool for surgery 1 comprising: a tip part 2a inserted into a body cavity of a patient and serves as a suction hole of a suction object; a suction pipe 2 which is formed of a pipe whose outer diameter is 3 mm or less and connects an operation part 4 operated by an operator and is present outside of the patient; a rotor 3 being arranged over almost whole length of the suction pipe, being stored in the suction pipe, being formed of a wire folded into a U-shape which is reversed at a tip part of the suction pipe, or a plate material; and a small motor 4a for rotating the rotor 3 at high speed.
