PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist a suction function of a transnasal endoscope.SOLUTION: An assistive device 12 is used in combination with a transnasal endoscope 11 including an insertion section 16 to be inserted from one external naris. The assistive device 12 has an insertion section 37 to be inserted from the other external naris. The insertion section 37 has a forceps channel in an internal space connected from a tip end to a rear end 40. The rear end of the forceps channel is connected to a suction bulb 39, a forceps entrance 69, and an engagement section 38 provided at the rear end 40 of the assistive device 12 respectively. The suction bulb 39 has a port 45 exposed to the outside, and the port 45 is connected with a suction device 47. In procedures and treatments performed in combination with the assistive device 12, by inserting a treatment tool from the forceps entrance 69 of the assistive device 12 and operating an operation section 31 of the suction valve 39, the forceps channel of the endoscope 11 is used to suck sordes inside the body, body fluids such as blood, and the like.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】経鼻内視鏡の吸引機能を補助する。【解決手段】一方の外鼻孔から挿入される挿入部16をもつ経鼻内視鏡11と併用される補助具12を設ける。補助具12は、他方の外鼻孔から挿入される挿入部37をもつ。挿入部には、先端部から後端部40に繋がる内部空間に鉗子管路が設けられている。鉗子管路の後端は、補助具12の後端部40に設けた吸引バルブ39、鉗子入口69、及び係合部38にそれぞれ繋がっている。吸引バルブ39は外部に露呈するポート45を有し、ポート45には吸引器47が接続される。補助具12を併用して行う処置・治療には、補助具12の鉗子入口69から処置具を挿入し、また、吸引バルブ39の操作部31を操作することで内視鏡11の鉗子管路を使って体内汚物や血液その他の体液等を吸引する。【選択図】図16
