PURPOSE: A method for sterilizing cosmetic compositions is provided to effectively annihilate fungi generated from the raw material of cosmetic composition. CONSTITUTION: A method for sterilizing cosmetic compositions is as follows. Cosmetic compositions containing one or more materials and aquatic medium are prepared. The cosmetic compositions are sterilized at 60-80deg.C. The cosmetic compositions are sterilized with voltage of 1.5-100V. The sterilization of the cosmetic compositions are executed for 1-3 hours.본 발명은 일 예로 이온성 폴리머 또는 이온성 염류에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 물질 및 수상 매질을 포함하는 화장료 조성물을 준비하는 단계； 및 상기 화장료 조성물을 60~80℃의 온도로 저온살균하고 동시에 1.5~100V의 전압으로 전기살균하는 단계；를 포함하는 화장료 조성물의 살균방법을 제공한다.본 발명에 따른 화장료 조성물의 살균방법은 저온살균 방법과 저전압 전기살균 방법으로 구성되어 있어서, 화장료 조성물 내의 발육형 균류뿐만 아니라 포자형 균류도 단시간 내에 사멸시킬 수 있고, 화장료 조성물의 제형 안정성을 해치지 않으며, 화장료 조성물에 포함된 열에 불안정한 유효 성분의 활성을 해치지 않는다.
