The present invention relates to a cosmetic product comprising an impregnated material with an impregnated oil-in-water-in-oil cosmetic composition. The cosmetic composition according to the present invention is impregnated in an impregnated material and is manufactured to be used by being coated on an applicator, thereby being easy to carry and coat. The cosmetic composition of the present invention is manufactured in oil-in-water-in-oil formulations, thereby having excellent compatibility with the impregnated material and the applicator, stably dispersing poorly water soluble components in the composition in the oil phase and showing moisturizing and fresh texture.본 발명은 유중수중유형 화장료 조성물이 함침된 함침재를 포함하는 화장품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 화장품은 화장료 조성물을 함침재에 함침시키고, 이를 도포구에 묻혀 사용하도록 제조되어 휴대 및 도포가 간편하다. 또한, 본 발명에서 화장료 조성물은 유중수중유 제형으로 제조되므로 함침재 및 도포구와의 상용성이 우수하며, 유상에 난용성인 성분을 조성물 내에 안정하게 분산시킬 수 있고, 수분감 있고 산뜻한 사용감을 나타낸다.
