PURPOSE: An internal solid collecting device combined with adjusting function of water level in a fish culture tank is provided to sink fish waste, the remaining part of feed or a substance causing diseases during the process of discharging water which was used for raising fish. CONSTITUTION: An internal solid collecting device combined with adjusting function of water level in a fish culture tank is equipped in a water tank (1) with a water tank wall (2) and a water tank floor (3) to keep the water level of water for raising fish. The water level keeping device plays a role as a solid material collecting device (10) which has a function to collect a solid material generated in a breeding water bath. the solid material collecting device comprises a stand pipe (6), a sink inductive pipe (17) and an external pipe (11) which are arranged from the certain distance based on an internal pipe (15). The gap between the pipes becomes multiple cylinder typed structure forming a zigzagged feeding water path from up to down. The external pipe comprises a lower inserted part (14) which is assembled in the external pipe. The external pipe comprises a lower part of a funnel (13) which passes through a hole (13a) for passing feeding water and a pipe body (12) which extends to the higher level than the position of the internal pipe in a right angle way.본 발명은 양식수조의 내부 중앙에 설치되어 수위조절 기능과 함께 고형물의 수집기능을 제공토록 한 수위조절겸용 고형물수집장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 내부파이프를 중심으로 하여 스탠드파이프와 침전유도파이프와 외부파이프를 소정의 간격을 두고 동심원 형태로 배치시키는 한편, 각 파이프 사이의 간격이 상,하 방향의 지그재그식 사육수 유동통로 및 고형물 침전통로를 제공토록 하고, 고형물의 침전공간에는 개폐밸브가 구비된 배출관을 연결시킨 다중 원통형 구조물로서의 수위조절겸용 고형물수집장치를 제공함으로서, 어류의 대사과정에서 발생한 배설물이나 사료찌꺼기 또는 발병원인체 등의 고형물이 사육수의 배출 과정에서 침강 및 여과되도록 함은 물론, 침전된 고형물을 필요한 량만큼 샘플링 용도로 손쉽게 배출시킬 수 있도록 하며, 이로 인하여 고형물의 여과없이 사육수를 배출시킴에 따른 수질오염을 방지하고, 별도의 여과장치를 추가로 설치하여 사용함에 따른 비용부담을 최소화시키며, 고형물에 포함된 성분의 분석을 통하여 어류양식에 필요한 각종 데이터와 유용한 자료를 확보토록 하는 동시에, 원형수조로 투입된 사육수의 선회식 정향류 흐름을 한층 더 원활하게 유도하여 양식어류의 사육환경을 개선시키는 측면에도 기여할 수 있도록 한 양식수조 내장형 수위조절겸용 고형
