PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which is necessary for making use of rice-washed water as a feed raw material through a system, which has functions, that is, thickening and recovery, concentration, sterilization, pH adjustment, storage, homogenization, and forced discharging, and keeps the quality of the feed raw material stable even if the material concerned is stored at 25°C for 7 days, the rice-washed water being discharged and treated for purification in large quantities in a rice-polishing factory, a rice-cooking factory, a flour-milling factory, a brewery and so on.SOLUTION: The system includes: a device which obtains rice-washed water, whose solid content is at least 8%, by adding 10-20% of water to 1 kg of rice when the rice is washed; and a device which obtains thick rice-washed water, whose solid content is 10-20%, by a subsequent solid-liquid separating operation, the processing ability of the device concerned being at least 200 liter/hour. In a heat sterilization mechanism in the next process, the number of soil-derived general bacteria, fungi and E. coli, which each stick to raw-material rice, is reduced at least to half of the number immediately after recovery by warming the rice-washed water at 60-100°C for 10-60 seconds.【課題】精米工場、炊飯工場、製粉工場、酒造工場等で大量に排出、浄化処理されている洗米水を、濃厚回収、濃縮、減菌、pH調整、貯留、均質化、強制排出の機能を備えたシステムを介して、これを飼料原料として利用するために必要なシステムであって、25℃で7日間保存しても品質を安定に保持できるシステムを提供する。【解決手段】洗米時、米1kgに対して水を10%~20%加えて、固形分濃度8%以上の洗米水を得る装置を備え、これに続く固液分離操作によって、固形分10%~20%の濃厚洗米水を得る処理能力200リットル/時間以上の装置を備える。次工程の加熱殺菌機構において、60~100℃の温度域で、10~60秒間加温することによって、原料米に付着した土壌由来の一般細菌数、真菌数、大腸菌群数を回収直後の半数以下に減菌できる。【選択図】図1
