PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaping method of a resin blade enabling the tip of the resin blade to be shaped fat while obverse-reverse surfaces of the resin blade are kept flat.SOLUTION: The shaping method of the resin blade is provided for shaping the tip of the resin blade (46) mounted in a spindle (42), and comprises a dressing step of dressing the resin blade by positioning the rotating resin blade in a height for contacting with a dressing board (11) including an abrasive material held by holding means (48) and relatively moving the resin blade and the dressing board in the axial direction of the spindle in which the resin blade is mounted, and a deburring step of removing a burr formed on the tip of the resin blade in the dressing step, by making the rotating resin blade cut in up to the predetermined depth from an upper surface (11a) of the dressing board.
