PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent magnet rotating mechanism capable of implementing downsizing while improving the operability and suppressing the lowering of the induction performance.SOLUTION: A permanent magnet rotating mechanism comprises: an external permanent magnet 25a for applying a magnetic field to a permanent magnet arranged within a medical device a first rotation mechanism capable of rotating the external permanent magnet infinitely around a first rotational shaft which is orthogonal to a magnetization direction of the external permanent magnet a second rotation mechanism capable of rotating the external permanent magnet infinitely around a second rotational shaft which is orthogonal to the first rotational shaft a first drive unit for generating rotation power to rotate the first rotation mechanism and a second drive unit for generating rotation power to rotate the second rotation mechanism. The second rotation mechanism is arranged on the first rotation mechanism and constitutes a differential mechanism together with the first rotation mechanism.
