PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair type massage machine which easily changes an elbow rest part in accordance with a physical constitution of a patient and applies a variety of massages to an arm part.SOLUTION: This chair type massage machine 1 disposes an elbow rest part 20 for mounting an arm part of a patient sideways on both sides of a seat part 2. The elbow rest part 20 has a front side unit 60 for supporting a part of a fingertip side of the arm part of the patient mounted, a rear side unit 61 for supporting a part positioned relatively closer to a shoulder side than the part on the fingertip side, and a drive unit 65 for moving the front side unit 60 and the rear side unit 61.
