PURPOSE: An antioxidative functional cosmetic composition including extracted/fermented dendropanax morbifera products as active ingredients is provided to increase an antioxidant effect by the leaf of dendropanax morbifera without having toxicity on the skin cells, thereby having high antioxidant effect of more than 80% and reducing the costs for functional cosmetics. CONSTITUTION: A functional cosmetic composition improves an antioxidative function by including a dendropanax morbifera extract, which is obtained by extracting at least one selected from the leaf, stem or root of the dendropanax morbifera with water, as an active ingredient. The dendropanax morbifera extract is extracted from the leaf of the dendropanax morbifera, and 0.048-0.48 wt% of the dendropanax morbifera extract based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition is included. The cosmetic composition is made into at least one form selected from tonic, nourishing cream, eye cream, moisture cream, lotion, pack and essence. [Reference numerals] (AA) Dendropanax morbifera leaves, stem, root； (BB) Water (solvent)； (CC) Extraction； (DD) Filtering； (EE) Evaporation； (FF) Concentration본 발명은 황칠나무(Dendropanax morbifera LEV.) 추출물 또는 발효물을 유효성분으로 하는 화장료 조성물 및 이를 함유하는 항산화 기능성 화장품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라 황칠나무의 잎, 줄기, 뿌리로부터 얻은 추출물 또는 발효물을 유효성분으로 하는 화장료 조성물로부터 제조된 기능성 화장품은 피부 노화의 가장 큰 요인으로 작용하는 활성산소 자유라디칼을 제거시켜 항산화 기능의 뛰어난 효과가 나타났으며, 피부 세포에 독성이 없어 기존에 사용되던 항산화물질인 비타민 C를 대체하여 기능성 화장품에 사용하기 적합하다.특히 황칠나무 잎 추출물 또는 발효물은 낮은 농도에서도 항산화 효과가 줄기나 뿌리 추출물보다 탁월하므로 항산화 기능을 나타내는 화장품의 원료로 첨가하여 기능성 화장품을 생산할 수 있다.
