PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing fermented Prunus mume siebold & zucc. root, leaf, and fruit extract is provided to improve a skin whitening effect. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for skin whitening contains fermented Prunus mume siebold & zucc. root, leaf, and fruit extract as an active ingredient. The extract is prepared by adding Prunus mume siebold & zucc. roots, leaves, and fruits together with rice straw and performing primary natural fermentation at 25-40 Deg. C. for 5-30 days； and a step of inoculating lactic acid bacteria to the extract and secondarily maturing and fermenting at 25-35 Deg. C. for 1-5 days. The primary natural fermentation is induced by Bacillus subtilis. The secondary fermentation is extracted using water, butylene glycol, propylene glycol, glycerin, or ethanol. The composition is manufactured in the form of a skin lotion, lotion, nutrition cream, massage cream, nutrition essence, eye cream, cleansing lotion, cleansing oil, cleansing cream, pack, or foundation.본 발명은 매실, 매엽 및 매근의 발효 추출물을 함유하는 피부미백용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로 발효 용기에 매실, 매엽 및 매근의 혼합물과 볏짚을 넣고 1차 자연 발효시켜 추출액을 제조한 후, 제조된 추출액에 유산균을 접종하여 2차 숙성 발효시켜 수득되는 매실, 매엽 및 매근의 발효 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 피부미백용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 본 발명에 따르면 매실 열매만을 이용한 추출물과 비교하여 매실, 매엽 및 매근 혼합물을 이용한 추출물에서 더 높은 피부미백 효과가 있음을 확인하였을 뿐만 아니라, 매실, 매엽 및 매근 혼합물의 발효 추출물이 더욱 향상된 피부미백 효과를 나타냄을 확인하였다.
