Endoprosthesis acetabulum comprising a metal cup with a convex outer and concave inner surfaces, and a conjugate with a cup on its inner surface a subassembly metal insert with convex outer and concave inner surfaces, wherein the inner surface of the cup and the outer surface of the insert form a sealed cavity filled with a liquid, e.g. , medical gel, pressurized, and the insert is formed with a wall thickness of hardness, allowing its deformation to a certain extent under load, and the edge of the insert is fixedly secured, for example, plastic deformation in the metal cup. This increases the damping characteristics of the endoprosthesis to the perception of the dynamic and shock loads on the cup without losing stability of the insert wall and its strength characteristics of the load operation. Consequently, this design allows the growing convergence of curvature inserts with curvature of the femoral head, thus leading to a decrease in the contact stresses.
