PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions containing minoxidil and having a sustainable effect, and to provide a composition by which combing becomes smooth when it adheres to the hair.SOLUTION: We found that the release of the minoxidil from a formulation can be sustained by combining higher fatty acid into a minoxidil-containing composition. Furthermore, combing is improved when adhering to the hair. That is, a sustained release composition or a composition for improving combing that is characterized by containing minoxidil and higher fatty acid is provided. The composition of the invention can be used as external preparations, such as a lotion, aerosol, tonic agent, cream, salve, gel, form agent, and tic agent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 ミノキシジルを含有する組成物に関し、効果が持続する組成物を提供するものである。また、毛髪に付着した際にはなめらかなくし通りを有する組成物を提供するものである。【解決手段】 ミノキシジル含有組成物に高級脂肪酸を配合することにより、製剤からのミノキシジルの放出を持続できることを見出した。さらには、毛髪に付着した際にくし通りが改善すなわち、ミノキシジル及び高級脂肪酸を含有することを特徴とする持続性組成物又はくし通り改善用組成物である。 本発明の組成物は、ローション剤、エアゾール剤、トニック剤、クリーム剤、軟膏剤、ゲル剤、フォーム剤、チック剤などの外用製剤として使用することができる。【選択図】図1
