The present invention relates to an enhanced antibiotic composition, which shows enhanced antimicrobial activity of antibiotics, in particular polymyxins, in front of multidrug resistant bacteria by combining them with specific potentiator compounds. It relates also to such composition foruse as a medicament, and such specific potentiator compounds for use as enhancers of the antibacterial activity of antibiotics.La présente invention concerne une composition antibiotique améliorée, qui présente une activité antimicrobienne améliorée des antibiotiques, en particulier des polymyxines, contre une bactérie multirésistante aux médicaments par combinaison des antibiotiques avec des composés de potentialisation spécifiques. L'invention concerne également ladite composition pour son utilisation en tant que médicament, et lesdits composés de potentialisation spécifiques pour leur utilisation en tant qu'amplificateurs de l'activité anti-bactérienne des antibiotiques.
