The present invention relates to a liquid crystal composition formed with ceramide for stabilizing a fat-soluble vitamin C derivative used to restore the skin damage caused by exposure to near-infrared rays or ultraviolet rays, and to a preparation method of the same. According to the present invention, the vitamin C derivative which has anti-aging and wrinkle-reducing effects, and yet lacks in stability and deliverability to the skin, can be stabilized and have improved absorption through ceramide liquid crystals having a lamella structure. Further, the vitamin C derivative when stabilized in the form of liquid crystals and provided as a cosmetic formulation, has increased oxidation stability, and thus can dramatically decrease an oxidation-induced activity loss compared to being merely mixed without being formed as liquid crystals.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018본 발명은 근적외선이나 자외선에 노출되어 발생한 피부 손상을 복구하는데 활용되는 비타민 C 지용성 유도체를 안정화하기 위한 방법으로 세라마이드와 함께 액정화한 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 항노화와 주름 개선 효과가 있으나 안정성과 피부 전달능력이 떨어지는 비타민 C 유도체를 라멜라 구조를 가지는 세라마이드 액정을 통해 안정화시키고 흡수를 개선할 수 있다. 또한 비타민 C 유도체를 액정의 형태로 안정화하여 화장료 제형으로 제공하는 경우 산화에 대한 안정성이 높아져 액정화 되지 않고 단순히 혼합되어있는 경우에 비하여 산화로 인한 활성의 손실이 크게 감소한다는 장점이 있다.
