The present invention relates to a preparation method of a seaweed drink. More particularly, the preparation method of a seaweed drink comprises: (S10) a step of preparing a first powder material comprising Undaria pinnatifida Sporophyll powder, kelp powder, and fusiformis powder; (S20) a step of preparing a second powder material by mixing 10-20 parts by weight of the first powder material in 100 parts by weight of sugar; and (S30) a step of mixing milk with the second powder material. The prepared seaweed drink does not have off-flavor and off-taste of seaweed, and allows effective components of seaweed to be absorbed into the body.본 발명은 미역귀분말, 다시마분말, 톳분말을 포함하는 제 1분말재료 준비단계(S10); 설탕 100중량부에 상기 제 1분말재료 10 내지 20중량부를 혼합하여 제 2분말재료를 준비하는 단계(S20); 상기 제 2분말재료에 우유를 혼합하는 단계(S30);를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 해초음료 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
