The present disclosure provides a catheter apparatus with a carrier preferablyinmeshed tubular stent structure, wherein the carrier includes right-handedhelical wiresand left-handed helical wires which are simply intersected or bi-axially woveninto atubular structure. A therapeutic assembly wraps around one of the helicalwires tostabilize an associated interstice of the tubular structure. The regular shapeof the carrier,preferably in meshed tubular stent structure, may be quickly recovered afterthe carrieris seriously bent or distorted in an intravascular treatment.
