PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gazing object estimation device capable of estimating, more precisely, a gazing object which is gazed by a driver of a vehicle.SOLUTION: An accessory of a vehicle is specified as a specific gazing object. A gazing object range setting part 20 specifies a range corresponding to the specific gazing object by using a gazing point data having a distance which is a predetermined threshold value or less. By applying a filter of distance to the gazing point data, a gazing point data which gazes at the specific gazing object which is an accessory of a vehicle can be extracted with sure. Meanwhile, a gazing point data while the outside of a vehicle is being gazed at can be excluded. As a result, at a precision higher than before, a range corresponding to the specific gazing object can be specified, and based on the specified range, a gazing object can be estimated at a high precision.
