PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optometry apparatus capable of easily preparing lenses suited to a subject.SOLUTION: The optometry apparatus includes: acquisition means that acquires a first correction quantity for correcting a first optical characteristic of a subject eye measured with a target beam projected at a first presentation distance and a second correction quantity for correcting a second optical characteristic of the subject eye measured with a target beam projected at a second presentation distance different from the first presentation distance； and setting means that is set to present to the subject eye one of visions given in a first state in which a target beam corrected by the first correction quantity is projected onto the subject eye at the first presentation distance and in a second state in which a target beam corrected by the second correction quantity is projected onto the subject eye at the second presentation distance.
