A vibration-sounding food assembly with stick-shaped structure and sounding main body thereof are provided, in which the main body mainly includes a power supply, a switch, and an oscillator. One end of the main body is wrapped with candy to form a lollipop structure. Through the design of switch, when an eater puts an edible part into the mouth, the oscillator can be driven by the switch, such that the oscillator can receive power energy to convert sound data internally pre-stored or received from the outside into corresponding oscillating frequency, for vibrating teeth of the eater to generate sound signals to auditory ossicles so as to allow the eater to hear the sound data. Therefore, the candy can be used as a sounding device for providing more fun during festivals, ceremonies, or children playing.
