Disclosed are applications of a small polypeptide, ZY31, in preparing an acne treatment, anti-infection, and anti-tumor medicament. Ce polypeptide renferme 15 résidus d'acides aminés dont le poids moléculaire est de 2228,77 Da, dont le point isoélectrique est de 12.05 et dont la séquence d'acides aminés est SEQ ID n° 1.
