The present invention relates to a semiautomatic device for disinfecting seeds with hot water which reduces producing costs simultaneously with improving user convenience at the same time by manually inserting seeds into hot water by using a winch and automatically taking out the seeds from the hot water by the winch and a timer when disinfecting the seeds are completed after inserting the seeds； and which can be utilized as a device for germinating seeds.
