PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pet food containing oil-and-fat having good stability in long preservation even though having high content of unsaturated fatty acid and minerals.
SOLUTION: The pet food containing oil-and-fat satisfies the following requirements (A)-(C): (A) having 5-50 mass% of the content of oil-and-fat where the content of unsaturated fatty acid with two or more double bonds in oil-and-fat structural fatty acid (B) having 0.002-1 mass% of the total content of zinc and calcium as minerals and (C) having &ge7 ppm of the total amount of carnosol and/or carnosic acid based on the oil-and-fat having &ge20 mass% of the content of unsaturated fatty acid with two or more double bonds in the oil-and-fat structural fatty acid.
