PURPOSE: A fruit cracker capable of easily cracking and opening walnuts or Japanese apricots is provided to enable users to use the pressing pressure of a pressurizing plate for cracking fruits. CONSTITUTION: A fruit cracker comprises the following: a base(10) for mounting fruits on one side； a supporter(20) combined to one side of the base； a hinge assembly combined to the supporter； a pressurizing plate(40) combined to the hinge assembly, to perform the circular arc movement toward the base with the fruits inserted in between the base and the pressurizing plate； and a prop(50) detachably installed on a supporting groove(11) on the upper side of the base for mounting the fruits on a mounting hole(51).본 발명은 힌지뭉치(30)를 기준으로 가압판(40)이 베이스(10)를 향하여 원호운동을 할 때 그 사이에 배치된 열매(N)가 가압판(40)의 누름압력에 의해 호두일 경우 껍질이 파쇄되어 알맹이를 용이하게 추출할 수 있게 되고, 매실일 경우 씨를 에워싸고 있는 알맹이가 깨뜨려져 용이하게 수득될 수 있도록 한 열매 까기에 관한 것이다.
